At Walker Miller Equipment Company, Inc. we do not ask our favorite customers or vendors to support our charities of choice, however we would like to share with our customers how their business with us touches the world.  Our greatest privilege  is to support Medical Ministry International and the medical missionary work of Dr. Steve Miller, the son of Walker Miller.  Steve is a trauma surgeon and just recently finished a hand fellowship to now specialize in hand surgery.  He has used that new expertise in Burundi in Africa where he has just finished a two week trip.  After only two days in Burundi Steve emailed us to say that he had already done over 15 surgeries and had over 100 consultations.  His stories are sometimes very sad, but he also has great stories where his work made a monumental difference in a child’s life.  We all do not have his talent, but we do feel like we are a small part of his success.  So…we thank you, our customers for giving us that opportunity.  Have a great day!
