Do you know how many manufacturers call Walker Miller Equipment their “Authorized Service Center?” More than 15 manufacturers, including Husqvarna, Multiquip, Stihl, Weber, Wacker Neuson, Honda Engines and Kohler Engines have designated Walker Miller as an authorized warranty and repair service center. Not only do we repair and service equipment, we also have a warehouse full of OEM parts. That means shorter down time for your equipment. Our experienced staff can give technical support, as well as offering solutions and suggestions tailored to your particular needs and conditions.

 

Our Service Manager is one of three full-time factory certified mechanics. Our shop boasts a concrete pump specialist that has more than 25 years of valuable experience pumping and repairing mechanical and hydraulic pumps. One of our mechanics is also factory trained on numerous brands of ride-on-trowels.

 

Our Parts Manager has more than 18 years’ experience as a mechanic, and brings an encyclopedic knowledge of machine engines and parts. Also in parts sales, one of our parts specialists has 40 plus years of construction and rental service. Collectively, there are more than 100 years of experience, numerous hours of accreditation, and a multitude of technical certifications among our staff.

 

All of that quality service takes place in our shop and yard, which consists of a 5000 sq. ft. garage that has five bays, a clean room, and a flat test pad. Because we have a “clean room” we can work on engines in a controlled environment, greatly reducing the dust and particulates that may potentially interfere with the moving parts and electrical components of an engine.

Outside the garage, we have a flat pad, which was poured, tested and then re-poured in order to ensure the necessary F numbers to correctly test walk behind and ride-on trowels. This allows us to accurately test every trowel we sell or service and make sure they meet the flatness specifications required when finishing concrete pours.
