If you had item number 0096596, you now need to use this new starter, 0129769. They are totally interchangeable.
Machines from 1990 or earlier and have a 1D80 engine, you will need to change your ring gear and possibly the flywheel. Please contact us for technical service.
If machine is from 1991 or later and has a 1D81 engine, those changes will not be necessary.
